Shipping Policy


We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $75. If your order is under $75, we simply pass the exact shipping rate we have onto you! 

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $10.00 or less will be assessed a $4.00 shipping & handling surcharge.

Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-7 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days.

Orders are not processed on federal holidays. Orders with upgraded shipping & handling services are subject to verification. Orders with more than 100 items may not be eligible.

Upgraded orders placed after 12 p.m. CT Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following business day. 

We are not be responsible for shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We pass the items off to a third party logistics carrier, that being USPS, UPS or DHL.

We can't be accountable for the mistakes or errors of a third-party. For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.

Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, New Zealand - 10 - 25 business days

Australia, Israel - 10 - 20 business days

EU, Thailand - 5 - 15 business days

Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong - 5 - 10 business days

Canada - 4 - 9 business days
